Sweet Dreams The Fudge Makers was started in 2012 by Swedish chef Bjorn Bjorkman, who specialises in pastry and confectionery. The business has grown substantially and we even survived the covid hard lockdown, which we thought might be the end. But we came back even stronger and our business is back where it was 2 years ago. And now we have implemented the next step in our business plan and have included confectionery at our stall at Root44. Bjorn, in conjunction with Michelle from The Gourmet Pantry, are supplying us with a range of decadently delicious sweet treats to complement our ever popular range of fudge.
