12h30 to 15h30 – Classic Revival

Classic Revival is comprised of guitarist and singer Keegan Williams, guitarist David Raath and pianist Daniel Croeser. They boast a large repertoire, which includes classic rock music, blues, jazz and pop. They have a high standard of excellence and exercise discretion in which songs they choose to perform.

30th April

12h30 to 15h30 – Ivan van der Merwe

Ivan’s been singing from the year 2000, releasing a total of 8 CD’s and one DVD. Ivan produced his first CD after only four months of singing. Ivan started a band called STITCH in 2002 and they performed at several festivals. In 2004 he moved from Vredendal to Cape Town to pursue his dreams. In 2006 He met a guitar player, Donovan and started the band Vandon. Ivan moved to Pretoria in 2009 and continued toperform in some of the biggest pubs in Gauteng. He moved back to Cape Town in 2015. His latest CD (Ivan Live 2) was released on 15 December 2016. Ivan will be seen on the famous TV program (Noot vir Noot) in late 2017.

12h30 to 15h30 – The Renegades

The Renegades is a 3-piece acoustic trio, 2 acoustic guitars, 1 time spanish drum (Cajon) and 3 vocalists. They do covers of many different music genres, as well as turn pop songs into funny acoustic covers. They have toured most of South Africa as well as Mozambique on three occasions. Lately they perform among the bigger names out there at various shows.

7th

12h30 to 15h30 – Sam & Calla

Sam and Calla has been performing together for almost three years now. Sam is relatively new in the music world while Calla Henn is a very talented and unique guitarist. Together they make magic on stage. They performed in Dubai during 2013/14, and previously won the 2012 Nikitas Battle of the Bands taking 1st place for 'BEST CAPE TOWN DUO'. They also performed at the Two Oceans Festival 2012, Prime Circle Festival 2012, along with featuring regularly at corporate parties, charity events, fundraisers, weddings and pub gigs.

12h30 to 15h30 – Greg & Kelly Jane Hartmann

Glen Hartmann is an artist from Cape Town, South Africa. Glen’s acoustic set is an upbeat mix of cover songs and original material. You can expect to hear crowd favourites such as “I’m yours” by Jason Mraz and “Wonderwall” by Oasis. On occasion, Glen’s wife Kelly will be accompany him on backing vocals and Matthew Fischer on percussion. Glen’s passion, unique voice and lyrical depth mixed with his captivating melodies make it all too easy to fall in love with his music.

12h30 to 15h30 – Tommy Dell & Pieter Mohr (Special Mother’s Day tribute)

This Mother’s Day we have these two majestic musicians performing at the market for the first time. They will be doing a very special performance of mostly country, but also a few cover songs and pop songs in their own special way. They will most certainly mesmerize everyone in the crowd with music that pulls all the heartstrings simultaneously.

12h30 to 15h30 – Garner Nel

Garner Nel is a local performer and vocalist with the capability of a large variety of music genres and performs all over the Western Cape. He has been booked for many key festivals around South Africa as an up and coming artist. He also performs at private functions, events, festivals, birthday celebrations and various parties. Garner is currently recording his first CD.

12h30 to 15h30 – Kai Liam

Kai is a local musician with his roots in Noordhoek, Cape Town. He has been playing guitar, singing and writing songs since he was little, and started gigging acoustic solo and duo in 2011, while still at Music College. He performs a variety of covers and originals at venues around the Western Cape.

28th

12h30 to 15h30 – Gordon Epstein

Gordon Epstein is a solo vocalist and guitarist who performs at various places every week, including Franky's Diner in Sea Point, The Red Herring Restaurant in Noordhoek, and The Slug & Lettuce. He does light 1950's and 60's style Rock ‘n Roll with a few light jazz songs in between, he has a repertoire of a few hundred cover versions, and also does his own songs in that style. He writes and records my own songs, and has various radio stations playing his songs.

The Psychedelic Theatre will be doing Poi Workshops on Sundays under the treehouse if weather permits. Hula Hoop Workshops are also available on Sundays. Call 079 148 1933
